It is an invite-only sales development initiative that equips independent contractors with the skills, product knowledge, and resources needed to represent Turtle Island Supply in industrial supply and procurement environments.
No. All representatives in this pilot program are Authorized Independent Sales Representatives (independent contractors). You are responsible for your own schedule, equipment, and business tax obligations.
Reps do not have authorization to construct pricing or approve discounts. Turtle Island Supply handles all final pricing and generates official B2B quotes for customers.
Reps must strictly adhere to Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Mass cold emailing is prohibited. Any single B2B outreach email must be directly relevant to the contact's professional capacity, include contact info, and contain an explicit opt-out footer.
Reps earn commissions based on the gross margin of orders placed by customer accounts they register and own. Commission rights are bounded by a 6-month account ownership rule and clear lead conflict logs.
